I. Payment Method
Cash on delivery (COD) is available. You can select products as needed and place orders.

II. Logistics Terms
1. Shipping Fee
Free shipping on all orders—no additional shipping costs.
2. Dispatch Time
After order confirmation, we will prepare goods in the order of placement and dispatch within approximately 3 working days. Delivery is available on weekends and national holidays with no time restrictions.
3. Delivery Time
It takes approximately 7-10 working days for delivery after dispatch (excluding delays due to special circumstances).
4. Signing Instructions
- Please provide a valid deliverable address and contact number when placing an order.
- Inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt: Check if the outer packaging is intact, the quantity of goods matches the order, and all accessories/shopping lists are complete. Do not unpack the product packaging before signing.
- You have the right to refuse acceptance if the outer packaging seal is damaged or torn.
- If you cannot sign in person, you may entrust others to sign and inspect the goods as required above. Couriers are only responsible for delivering to the specified address; anyone at the address may sign (e.g., receptionist), and dedicated delivery to a specific person is not guaranteed.
- Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please verify the accuracy of the address and phone number when placing an order.
- For orders undeliverable due to insufficient information, the courier will retain them for 5 working days. We will notify you via email during this period; unresponsive orders will be returned to the warehouse and refunded after 5 days.
III. Return & Refund Policy
- Full refund is available if the received product is defective.
- Specific return/refund methods and conditions are subject to the instructions on the product detail page and during the ordering process.
- Returned products must be in their original condition: All items, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents/materials must be intact. If a physical invoice is provided, it must be returned together with the product, and you must sign relevant documents (e.g., credit note) as required by laws and regulations; otherwise, the return/refund request will not be accepted.
