- For design-related infringement: Clear description of the allegedly infringed design and its registration number.
- For utility model-related infringement: Specifics of the claimed infringed utility model and supporting court order or judgment.
- Your complete contact information: Full name/company name, affiliation (if any), mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement declaring you sincerely believe the suspected infringing use is unauthorized by the IP owner, their agent, or law.
- A sworn statement guaranteeing the accuracy of the information provided, confirming your status as the IP owner or authorized representative, and accepting liability for perjury if any statements are false.
二、Actions We May Take After Receiving a Complaint
Upon verifying a valid complaint, we reserve the right to:
- Delete or disable access to the infringing content.
- Block all links directing to the infringing content.
- Notify the alleged infringer of the content removal or access restriction.
- Terminate service access for users or third parties who repeatedly infringe on IP rights (in line with our Terms of Service and other policies).

eicxiks and its affiliated companies retain all IP rights, ownership, and interests in the eicxiks website, related mobile applications, and the underlying technology used to provide services. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrights in the website and app content. These IP rights are fully protected by international and national laws.
